Shipping Clerk/Receptionist 誠招全職物流助理兼櫃檯職位 工作要求：
- 有耐心，工作積極熱情， 能夠靈活處理各項問題。
- 協助接收包裹，並準備送貨包裹 – 與銷售團隊協調，審查和維護庫存報告
- 有時需要搬運設備 – 確保前台和會議室的整潔
- 歡迎有前台經驗工作者， 工作時間 10am-7pm 需能接受公司週末工作的時間安排。

– Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and direct them to appropriate personnel and meeting room
– Provide quality and efficient customer service to clients
– Provide general information to the client inquiries in person, by email, and phone professionally.
– Sort and repack returned devices while maintaining the inventory
– Pick up, return, exchange and ship modem in daily task.
– Work in fast paced environment, tasks are repetitive with some heavy lifting
– Keeps a safe and clean reception area and meeting room.
– Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring logbook.
– Additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business change and expand.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
Skill and Requirement
– Business Diploma (or equivalent), Minimum 1 year’s reception experience or equivalent experience
– Proficiency in customer focus, Knowledge with computers
– Effective problem-solving ability, highly responsible and trustworthy
– Effective communication skills both oral and written
– Excellent organizational and time management skills and the able to multitask
